I saw his Iphone 3gs Ad in the evening.
We agreed to do business and I transferred the money to his RHB account

30 July 2010
I asked for DHL reference.
He gave a number, checked with DHL no such thing
Repeated call and sms but no response/reply.
Gave me another number at night (say he saw wrong number)
checked that number also no such record in DHL.

Throughout the day try to call him NO RESPONSE. Any big purchase ... see the item then only pay.

Police report made...

EDIT:

Under the pretense of other identities, pretended to want to buy the Phone from him.
Pretended that wanted to buy TWO, so he became greedy and give all his bank account.

I've been selling things on mudah for a year and I never cheat anyone. I just didnt think anyone would cheat me.
Also acting on impulse see the price so low and reasonable.

greedy is like that will kena con. We already advice many ppl to choose COD if the price is really too good to be true. If seller insist cant COD i prefer dont want it

Where to check IC?

Can simply open bank account with random name meh? Need IC what.

If you guys can give some information maybe I will try to follow up with the police. The more info/reports/links to threads the better...

You have either been a victim of Chan Wai Hou/Kit/etc. or you know of his cheating activities via Loywat.net forum threads. If you are a victim, know that I'm his latest one. I have an appointment with a police officer (4 August 2010, Wednesday) at 7pm at the Balai Polis sek 6, jln nuri 6/1, sek 6, 40000 shah alam.

I will try to help get your money back but you will have to help me as well. Please send me any information i.e. your police report, the con man's bank accounts, phone numbers, names, IDs, etc. Every piece of information will help.

Give background information describing the process of how you were cheated, how much, for which item, any proof of your bank transaction to your account, proof of messages, etc. every piece of evidence against this ******* will help!

Mr Teok is under Pro Niaga mudah.com , by right when he need to create this Pro Niaga account , he have to submit company details ( include SSM ) to mudah then only can approve . You can ask mudah for this details .
