Leftover unit are those few 1016 sqft ones & studios on the higher floors still struggle to sell coz the price tag is ridiculously insane...

That's how people run business, you pay more for the service, you get the extra privilege of getting to choose your desired unit, layout..and all the leftovers will be given to different type of class depending on your affordability...don't expect to drive a lembukini if only you pay the price of a perodua kancil.
