alamak realli ah? aiyo. never mind i edited my post earlier to gib some advice. so it sound less negative.   

generally i dislike flipper.
they mess the market and the environment.
they have no wish to make a home there
they have no desire to be a landlord and to screen tenant properly.
they just buy and hope for the best. then they find out cannot flip. then they get desperate and anyhow get any idiotic tenant to stay.
then these idiot tenant get their kawan kawan sama sama all come stay.
then the whole place goes to the dogs.
then popoti value start to stagnant and the place get a bad name.
many flipper also don't pay their maintenance properly. just leave the poopoti like that . hang banner here and there. i not saying anyone here in particular is the same kind of flipper, but that is the general trend i see.

so when someone sez "yay i gonna flip in .... " you can expect my response. 

anyway its good to give pipu a reality check.

Cinema will attract lalabeng and lalalian from nearby areas to invade mk....therefore is a big no no.

How come this Ooak dun have smaller size? 800+sf 1 bedder how much can rent oh? Btw, any good condos around this area 2 or 3 rooms, well managed, built up the smaller the better to recommend? Thx! Must be along this road....

u bought ooak, isnt it better u go visit urself? 

verve and signature suites nearby also boleh... see how u play with FF and whats your studio size only... 600+sqft studio renting 3100 and above generally...
