No sure if plaza mont kiara, because i'm doubt if there is still space to built MRT. but definitely will walking distance to plaza mont kiara considering that will be most prime area.

1. there are better option than buy 700k sovo. why the purchase has to be 700k? why not 400k 500k where u need 2-2.5k to breakeven, which is easier

2. i ask you to meet up not to sell u any plan or project. if you keen to find out yourself, then find harder. there is better buy

I also don't think sovo is a good buy. But u specifically mentioned 3500 rental so I asked what property can be rented for 3500 with buy price of 700k.

i see. i'm trying to make comparisons la. cos at the first place there are better options and safer options elsewhere. why 700k where u need 3.5k jz breaking even, right.

To me, I think the location is not bad.

they put a mall under it; but at this tough times.

It is not easy for mall to be successful; and YNH may not have experience on retail at all

mall management team is super critical

absolutely right. While mall there is already 1MK & Publika. New retail got Acroris. Great Mall management have the cable to pull in tier 1 retail brand, and create a conducive business environment through balance mixture of retail. While UEM sunrise already hv proven track record, YNH needs to do more work in this in order to make their retails workable

if yes, but i wonder whether developer has increase the SPA now (now is oct 2017) compare to previous month or years.
