never think to drop by Icon City for shopping or hang out...will choose Mid Valley, One Utama, sunway Pryramid...

can foresee their commercial will struggle....even though Capital Mall will manage part of their commercial...but wont gurentee will be success...for instance, Mines 2...managed by Capital Mall...also die...

If wan people go there...the access must be very convenient...n some more...the buying power from surrounding neigbours must very strong....

Mines is good...im saying is Mines 2...just beside Mines.... just opened 6 months then closed nearly 2 years...
now the link bridge is built to connect Mines to Mines 2.... in order to bring some crowd from Mines to Mines 2...the link bridge is fully covered with air condition...but still feel is abit far away from Mines... but untill now Mines 2 still not occupied by any tenant...hmmm...Think Capital Mall also headache to find solutions to bring some "wong -ness" to Mines 2...

Sunway got Geo ,Taylor got DK, Subang got incoming Subang jaya City Center, bangsar south a bit far, PJ Seksyen 13 got incoming F&N project, kelana jaya got paradigm mall, ara damansara got sime darby commercial center..... icon city need to depand on soho, service apatments tenants or workers from opposite road.... hmm.gif

from the new propose access road...still not really confident its will bring "ong"ness to the icon...

mayb mah sing can try to lobby lrt station in front of project which now I- City claimed tat got one station at their project

but MS untill today din have any successful commercial development to show... still doubt about their ability to manage the big commercial or shopping mall... their normal pratice is to sell fast n get money or profit in order for them to run for another projects.... really China-man business minded... sweat.gif

some more ...Icon need to compete with other developemts nearby...Midvalley, EcoCity, Paradigm mall, Sunway Pryramid, Sunway Geo, I-City, Tropicana Metropark, Uptown, F&N...etc...hmm ..chance for them to be great project is very tiny....mayb just 10%....to be average commercial area very high chance...so need to see wat can MS manangement can do about it... hmm.gif

based on their past projects n practice....after completion of this project...they will just cabut ....just left the buyers n investors to run the business...Good luck to all... smile.gif
