eventhough icon city located in PJ...but i can foresee this project wont be same level as Midvalley, Paradigm......nothing special about this project...if can catch up with Tropicana City Mall...can consider success for them...

I had invested in PJ, Cheras, KL....will choose the good concept come with good integration....n important is commitment of developer...cant see any good project from MH...sorry to say tat...

Pj is matured n good located...but wan to say is safe...compared other areas....i dun think so...most of my friends who been robbed...mostly happened at PJ....

I staying at PJ...but when come to investment...i wont restrit myself to PJ area only....

Icon wat catalyst they have?...even though located in PJ....but surrounded by factories n low cost residences...they need to work very hard to attract crowd ....crowd tat have spending power.... hope wont turn to second SS2 Mall...
