Ya, heard the developer has difficulty to answer which operator will operate the retail mall and the hotel. Guess in the end it will just a 3 star budget hotel    but I saw they start building the ramp connecting from federal highway to the site. MS really needs to inject some elements in this project in order to give people a WOW effect 

This time mah Siao reputation Sibeh jialat liao. Their icon at jln tun razak the water leakage problem stil now still cannot solve. Heard Recently the water drip on the Hua Wei big big boss punya head. Now big boss Sibeh Tulan n planing move out to other office tower.

Jialat liao... big corporation also boycott mahsiao.
Many office workers work in the icon office tower before also said never dare to touch any mah sing the mah Siao project. Coz Sibeh jialat work inside this building.

Looking at mahsing past performence on commercial, dun think they able to make it this time, maybe can't even up to paradigm mall standard....this location actually is good, highly visible, if the developer is sp setia, sunrise, Tropicana, or sunway, sure very succesful mall...

If they want success. They should look into join venture way first. Find a good partner macam sp Setia cari lend lense to help. Those experience mall company got good tenant database and good relationship with tenant.... Instead of just Sendiri Siao Siao blind blind go out to find potential tenants. Mahsiao Ada good mall portfolio? Which tenant going to trust them?  Sibeh sure not going to work. Why tenant must trust this mahsiao. Open a shop is not peanut. It easily involve million of dollar just for renovation, stocking and deposit. Ding dong ding dong stuff.

if mashing didnt pay , contractor can suit mashing, mashing is listed company, cannot run.  mungkin contractor didnt work properly under their contract (agreement) .

thats the exit location for ppl n ppl really look down on that area cos it looks sooo messy.. ss2 mall location is so bad n after revamp i assure u 100% will fail again n again! 1MK revamped few yrs back right, how's it doing now? duno why hnM wana open there
