So different from Ecocity...I remember the flyover foundations started together with the building itself, so everyone know SPS is serious about it.

Icon almost complete now, only start work on flyovers.

Maybe cashflow too, besides image.

ms famous mall: southgate. heard psf throw until drop below 1. but nobody even cares to ask and view. friend works there laughs that ban mee opppsite has more customers. granted bad location. this one better x2. so psf 2? haha i may be simplistic but hey its a simple demand supply market.
