Do you guys face any shuttering problem when you just logged into SC2 where you see all the news and community blabla thing, i realise that the shuttering problem happens when its loading the "built it webpage", after loading everything, then its smooth.

Oh well, it's either you do a full reinstall/full redownload, if problem still exist, use the existing installer and install it on other comp, if no problem exist, your laptop's problem then.

As i said, try installing on other pc, if problem occurs, it "could" be ur laptop problem.

I'm saying reinstall it on another comp, i din ask you to reinstall on your laptop, wad on earth...
