luckily Im using cool uni pack 4mbps which is rm88 + vpn fees the payment will still remain more or less same like 1mbps not using cool uni pack and vpn..

my ppstream seems unblock already these few days.. even faster than before.. starting of movie can get 3mbps..

maybe ur line is not being throttle like my gf's line..
she dl torrent with fullspeed also with good seed and without any port forward..
just use upnp..
