Fair enough , i like to share with you guys. I've information from an insider which I've called. Its true , they is a if condition , if your avi site is not from a list (dont ask me what list , i am guessing whitelisted video sites) your file would be throttled

Do a simple test ,

rename your mkv as blahaf.jpg and transfer , it will be fast. So i am not sure about your torrent provider , if they allow you to so , you may want to rename it as jpg or gif or png or some other format and transfer across and then rename it back.

Next time when posting dont boast your god damn speeds , like ZOMG 1Mbps streamyx can download 500 via rapidcrap

The reason why I am sharing with you some of the services which I've used and which I've tested is kind of secure is because I understand some of you want some form of entertainment

Well sad but true , the reason why other countries they dont do this. Just look at singapore , those guys earn a lot , so they have enough disposable income to buy original dvds and such . DDL of .rar , .zip , .001 or whatever are just okay , its just that if the filename contains .mkv.001 , then yes , or .mkv.part1 , if its inside a rar then there is no way it can see it.

Abuse and the rest of us get banned for using free vpn service if the internet is being censored or if you want to view a region specific site. Typical Malaysian attitude "screw the rest , let me abuse". I dont think any FreeVPN allows you to torrent !

They block ,seriously. If you want to torrent , go get a cheap paid VPN and use it - make sure it offers good routing to your IP. Some will give you crappy speeds. They can't sniff traffic with VPN

Anyway , I just want a win-win situation for both. As some pointed out capping , enabling peak and off peak hours , and few other stuff. You can't have unlimited bandwidth , there is needs and wants. I know TM's ways of managing shit sucks , they have to admit on that. So therefore TM has to come up with a solution that benefits both customer and their equipment as well.
