Maxis cannot PPS but Streamyx also cannot? I can feel the suddenly drop and slowdown on PPS using Streamyx in the past week.

Megaupload is quite fast don't have any slow downs at all. But Rapidshare is very slow. YouTube still very fast here.

International download on both US & Asia server is fast for today. But using 4MB Streamyx with 218 IP.

Only using VPN now to download there files. Speed wise quite stable because VPN server located in HK.
