what do u mean? my company is a small company, and i am not IT person. the purpose for setting internet in office is for emailing only.

also, i dun download in company. and for pps, i use software to limit its download and upload.

since the insiders said is experimental throttled, i think TM is testing how far you guys can tolerate the throttle? b'cause if you always view the thread here, you will notice TM apply difference type of throttle method during last few years.

i suggest you guys as least copy the sample letter TS posted and send it to TM.

it is useless as long as TM deny all the action. the only reason why TM can be so dare to do whatever they like to us is because it is THE only choice...

when pps was block, a lot of people teach how to bypass by using hotspot shield which is a very bad action.but no one bother to tell how to limit the speed when it is ok, i wonder why?

PPS maybe a very bad software, but still, it is TM responsibility to increase their bandwidth capacity.

Imagine if PPS was blocked, all these PPS users will go to download the movie, drama, shows. And do you guys think it won't congest the network if everyone use ddl method?
