mine xun lei.... can run till 400+ kbps... but not stable the speed....range 50-400kbps+......no use any setting or proxy... just normal xunlei DL
and 1 more thing.... movie in rmvb format no run at all.... but drama inside folder ok......

do u try any proxy or vpn?

act i got 1 friend share a link in fb abt how to encrypt traffic packet to bypass ISP limiting and throttling, but it say only works for utorent Bit torent and Azureus

not xun lei setting actually is router setting... if direct use modem i think cannot ad...... dont PM me >< i will share it here after got 1 ppl success. if not u guys blame me>< i will pm 1 ppl the method 1st. who using router here?(linksys) better.

mine ok wor... ur xun lei UDP TCP number setting put same as ur router UDP?TCP.
