Torrent is throttled. Few of my friends here are having the same problem/symptoms. It's not just limited to avi/mkv, ALL (rar/zip w/e) are affected, my torrents are dead.

DDL still works fine for me though.

It doesn't makes sense lol, Internet is something like a basic needs nowaday, like water, electricity or gas. Any lack of these will make our life inconvenient..

Well we are pretty much f*cked is what I can say.

There is no "certain-time-downloading-speed-drop" to me, let me make this clear to you. My torrent is DEAD. 24/7.

Illegal or not, that's not up to you or anyone to justify. It has nothing to do with providing what you should. If I crossed the line, well, you are free to come and arrest me.

Got the same treatment for mkv/avi ddl now. Renamed the extension, regained speed.

Oh man.
