my connection 'permanently' ip 175.xx.xx.xx(4mb streamyx package). no matter how many restart modem or whatever, it only change the last number of the ip. about the dl...
1. torrent - depends. sometimes 0kbps, sometimes may reach 200kbps. but most of the time...dead... 2. ddl - vary. MU, RS and HF(all free acc, not paid one) around 20~200kbps. direct server and MF(also free acc) can max 400~500kbps. 3. other method(not mention for safety reason from TM 007 agent).....300~500kbps.  |
