Torrents: 5 - 8kb/s (10 - 20kb/s at around 1am to 4am)
Youtube/FLV videos: Same old. Didn't notice much of the legendary turtle speed.
FTP: 0 to randomness of kb/s. Took me a week to download a local MMO client off their ftp. Took me longer to download avi/mkv off international ftps.
DDL: Same old.

Currently sitting through a high rate of request timeouts from my pings. At least I'm over with the whole 'PPP connection down' issues that plagued me for hours for the past few days.

So, those who are only suffering from p2p throttling, consider yourself the target of my envy.
