TM also throttle MP4 file format! i can't get any mp4 download more then 10kb/s... I can only get 20kb/s speed on morning 8am to 9am........then back to super slow

I think TM overdo it! it is 24/7 non-stop "buggy" throttle system running on K.K.

is there anything wrong with TM? certain IP range cannot online for me... lucky now can! call them also get BUSY TONE!......

It is like hell in KK! 24/7 P2P Speed Limited! Max speed 10Kb/s... but most of the time won't DL...
