Noted and thanks bro, now IPTV is working...I have to restore back to default factory and do the setting manually again. But weird thing was the router unable to detect type of connection during the wizard setup even though the username and password is correct / selected the unifi-home profile. I have to skip the wizard and setup the WAN connection again in the admin page. Another weird thing is whenever I click Administration --> Firmware Upgrade ..a pop-up came out inform that there's a new firmware...hmm..I'm using the latest firmware now.
Anyway thanks again for the tip!
just ignore it... Since we have the latest firmware...

Flashed it to .78 firmware for the ASUSWRT UI.

Yes, I did. The file name is UT_RT_N16_4135.zip.
Do I need to login to the UI and run the Upgrade? As in UI, I can see the version is 2.1.0.48... Previously I try to upgrade, I can see the version is 2.99 something....
but when I click the download master link in UI, it prompt page cannot display....
Try to reformat ur hdd or delete the related file for asus dl master, then flash again with the 108 firmware... Remember to restore to factory default b4 u flash...
