Hi ASUSmy,
Yesterday I am having problem with the Unifi service of which my Asus RT-n13U Rev B1 was unable to connect to remote server and I have called Unifi technical which they claimed their line and service is ok. This thing happen suddenly without any sign. I have reboot, restore and reset connection on the Asus router but still unable to connect to internet. Any suggestion/ comment for this incident?
btw, I am using the custom firmware 2.0.2.5g which came with the router when i purchased it one year ago.

Just now morning Unifi technical person come to my house and check for 3 hours then they found out the problem is the Huawei Modem. They have change the modem and now internet is up again. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it. |
