Just tried the game.

Lagging on "Very High" with 4xAA and 16xAF @ 1920x1200.

Artifacting quite badly.

Gotta wait for a proper Nvidia driver for my GTX580.

Why not use the latest BETA drivers?
Those fixed the problem with DA2. Everyone says they have smooth framerates with those drivers.

Just downloaded all the DLCs available from the Signature Edition.

Don't really want the poster given by TSB. Anybody interested?

I LOOOOOOVE Merill. Reminds me a lot of Grunt from ME 2, with her being an outsider with child-like fascination of everything in Kirkwall. Her dialogues with Aveline and Bethany so far have been hilarious!

dragon age 2 is point and click or third person like witcher?

from all the screenshots i see, it is like third person.

Can be isometric, but the isometric distance is not as huge as the one in da:o. This game is more like mass effect 2 than the old da:o in terms of actions...overall good game. Just reached kirkwall.

There were a few crashes on mine during startup of the game.

Something to do with the DVD, i just click on "Continue" till I get into the game.

i played a little bit of DA2 last night...
and all i can is i am very dissapointed..
because many of the features i loved in DAO has been dumbed down for whatever reason (mainly for console boys and girls)..

I'm curious... To all you fellas who claim it's been "dumbed down because of consoles" or whatever, what exactly about it has been dumbed down? I mean, I can understand if it feels more like Mass Effect than the original, but aside from the silly camera, what else is?
