The problem with any character is interruption.. unless it has superior fortitude. But pumping constitution will be helpful.

Also, where do I meet Sebastian Vael in the game?

Thanks, I remembered installing the DLC but have yet to meet this character.

I think u need to login everytime when u start the game to activate the DLC

after that... the DLC is work even if u offline during the game..
