not to worry... every month i complaint also.... the 1st 6 months it was like a monthly routine.... till i got so fed up and email the complaints using maxis website. it did the job but i was not a happy customer for 6 months!

the matters are settled now but the scars.... but one thing i like about maxis is the SPEED! its faster than all the telco in my experience.... and my friend feel the same way too...

they usually accumulate all the usage 1st then after the end of ur bill cycle then they divided which is for free and which need to be charge and note... they dont have current monitoring system of how much have u used (the call/sms etc) and if u f**ked that up... get ready for a bill shock or more annoying the bill limit because after the bill over the limit (like me i set it around RM300) they automatically barred ur line.... u have to pay 1st then they can release the line
