acchew, as a postpaid user to change the normal sim to micro sim is free. I did it in Maxis KLCC.

I got it for free at Maxis KLCC. As long as you are a Maxis Post Paid it is free. I am not sure about hotlink / sub line..

Last week Friday, I send in my iphone4 for warranty claim at Maxis KLCC. The home button not responsive.

Today received sms from Maxis that my iphone 4 is ready for collection. Going to collect by tomorrow morning.

When i send in the ip4 for warranty. They told me 2 weeks to get the replacement. Maybe they have more stocks now days.

yeowhan, directly go to the Maxis Service Centre KLCC or any branch nearby. I face the similar problem as your ip4. It took them about 3 to 4 days (usually 2 weeks) to get the new replacement unit ready.

ben3003, you will need a micro-sim converter to normal sim card
