wish to share some experience on the iPhone support given. prepare for a war.

the story starts when I went for working trip to Kuching, on the second day of my trip somehow I screwup my iPhone with the factory restore , giving no choice I head to the nearest mc to get help, reach there about 5.30pm and was told they we're closing, but after a few sweet talk manage to get the iPhone genius to help me out, so he try to boot my phone into dfu mode but after about 5 min he still fail to do so, so I took a look and told him plug the USB in to the COMPUTER!!!! wth
And so we manage to boot into dfu and the iTunes shows 65mins of download time for the iOS , wth they should have save the iOS up in a tumb drive or something . until then it was kinda late so I told him I will come back tomorrow. the iPhone genius nodded.
back to the mc tomorrow at 11, to my goddist of sexiness they did't download the iOS from yesterday, giving no choice but to wait I ask them to do it for me as I would wait for it, after my phone was plug in I saw the downloading time was 3 hours....... I look at him and he show me the "I don't know what to do face". being so desperate to get my phone working I walk out of the mc and went in to the digi Center beside.
and so we have a happy ending with my phone working after 35mins. so please comment on this whole story!
