i am planning to buy the iphone 4g later, but i dont think i need the internet access since my surrounding are full with bunch of wifi, the internet fee is gonna go waste

another noob question, really not good in understanding the t&c

i am using supplementary line, i wanna use the iphone, however the principal line owner is using alot of call time. So what can i do? use the principal line owner's name to apply and then swap the simcard to mine? then will the free data wasted, and the data i downloaded calculate as extra usage?
