As for me there are one problem with my iPhone 4. Can't slide to answer it hang there. When I walk in to Maxis in Pyramid they just reset my phone and the problem still exists even after all the major updates. After that I just couldn't bothered to go back.

Yes, it's better to be confirm than taking trouble travel back there again. Eventually the SA will get frustrated and impatient.
