i guess it's 2490 and 2990 respectively still... which is kind of disappointing. wish maxis will reduce the price though it's nearly impossible...

Saw this on the first page, is this still true? I can't find the word Hotlink on the rate plan page except the terms and condition. So are we still able to purchase outright via Hotlink plans by now? (Not future)

And can a person under 18 (age) sign up a iValue plan or a person have to be 18 and above in order to sign up?
