Guys... Need some help here... I signed for ivalue1 24month.... That means I have to pay rm400 for prepayment rite? Thn the rm400 will divide into 5 months and I only have to pay rm20 for 5 months right? But this morning, my bill had arrived and i was shocked to see they charged me rm51.51!! 1stly, I registered the ivalue on 6th of oct and don't even reach 1mth yet... 2ndly,this is a new registered number and shouldn't have uncleared fees there....3rdly, I used only 150 free SMS and 250mins talk time and 20MB of 3G and 1 free MMS( ALL TO MAXIS SOMMORE)..... Rm5 for tax, rm5 for the bill send to my home, and rm20 for the ivalue..... The extra rm21.51 for???

But the ivalue 1 offer 200 free SMS to maxis number wor.... I used 13.6(136 SMS to maxis) but it cut 7.50 for me only..... But the phone call they made a fully deduct for me( refer to my previous post).... Weird!!

May I know what is pro-rate? And it's 1st bill or 1st month bill? Will it count in the rm400 of prepayment deduction? Thanks a lot for ur infos...

Sorry for my stupidity... Why the rebates will be rm100? Isit bcos the monthly commitment is rm100? And is this case only will happen for 1 time? Thn will my bill come again on 6th of November(1month after purchased)?

is this bill already been deducted by the rm80(rm400. / 5 months prepayment)? Is my prepayment deduction left 4 months?

i signed up for ivalue plan few months back....... due to some reason, i have to change my ivalue plan sim card to other phone...... but then, when i insert the micro sim to my nokia phone, maxis SMS me and notify me that i can start to use my 3g now to surf net with charges............ meaning, if i use the 3g to surf the net now with this nokia phone,maxis will charge me? or they will deduct the charges as the ivalue plan allow me to use 1GB of 3G......... thanks in advance for each and every reply....
