that's not the way how a seller should respond to to such matter. seller should ask the buyer to return the mobo and double check if:
1. it's truly faulty
2. it's still the same item, that it hasn't been swapped.
or rather than asking buyer to send back and also provided if the warranty is still valid, seller can offer a small fee (petrol, postage and RMA charges) to have the buyer to get it RMA'ed by themselve.
if seller could not comply to the above resolutions, he should be blacklisted and place with a dispute tag.
