There are few ways of doing so:

a) Online Apple store: You have to wait for 3 weeks. 
b) Singapore Telco- You will get your phone on the day itself if they have stock but you have to sign a contract
c) Buy from Singapore Shops(Sim Lim, Lucky Plaza and etc at a higher price). Price is slightly more than LYN seller.
d) Buy from out LYN sellers- Price varies on waiting time and seller 

That is the only way to go for now.  Hope it helps.

Should be 3 weeks from now. But most of us who order on early Aug got it around 21st Aug.

Make sure your billing address is same as your register address for OCBC. Apple will contact you if they need to verify your CC payment.

Mine was Malaysia's HSBC. I put my Singapore friend contact number. Apple called him, he gave apple my contact number in Malaysia.
Within min, Apple called me up for CC payment verification. After tell them the correct billing address, recipient Full Name, I got a order Confirmation email from apple on the same days.
Then my order status change from Not yet ship to "Prepare for Shipment"
