The cards that went through is: Hong Leong, Citibank and UOB [Malaysian CC] & American Express[US Based]

*There are times your order get stuck. There are 2 possible reason. I have stated the alternative as to what you can do if you face the problem.
a) Credit Card Company doesn't release your payment to apple. Alternative: You can change cards or cancel your order.
b) Apple suspect you using credit card from overseas. Alternative: You can cancel your order or send in your documents
*Sending in your documents does not guarantee your order will go through

I've read through from page 1 to 49 over the course of the week and if you bothered to spend some time you will find the information    So no, I won't link the page for you because I cannot remember where it is & the information was posted by several users. You either take my word for it or find it within this topic. You can ask the TS if he is willing to link
