Once shipped, can you collect it at the warehouse or somethin instead??

how to call apple singapore?
i tried +65 but it doesn't work on 1800 numbers... the corporate addess one found at http://www.apple.com/sg/contact/ went thru computer and end up saying i call out of office hours |
