Damn it ... Hard difficulty is really tough for the train mission ... not enuf resources and the time period is too short between each train ... HELP!

Just a general guide in GPU performance for Starcraft 2 for 1920x1200 resolution at Ultra settings:

Wow, i played that mission on hard and lost once because i had to destroy the train and kill those insane marauders at the same time.
Most important is to not let your diamondbacks die after each train assault. Go back and get repaired. Repairing doesn't cost you any minerals.
I'm only having problems in welcome to the jungle on hard. Those voids are insane =(

Spam Diamondbacks. And make sure you micro them so that you won't lose too many.


EDIT: wow, you actually killed those marauders? I stayed the hell away from them. Then I realised after finishing that there's an achivement for them. DAMN!

Single HD5870 beat the rest

I play SC2 on 2560x1600, ultra settings, not smooth. Had to lower the resolution.
Right now using Asus Trifan, considering to have another card for CF setup.
Hope, there will be a driver update to increase the gameplay performance.

Hmm..maybe need to change the C2D processor as well..

Finished the entire campaign in brutal, the last mission is just madness

Haha, no I didn't kill them. But i had to fight both those marauders and the train and ended up getting a wipe. Heck, it was on Hard mode as well.
Had to reload and used my SCV to kite them the opposite direction

Starcraft 2 not really taxing. Thus CF and SLI setups do not show a significant lead over others.

Also, there is more or less a frame cap.

Just starting practice with Protoss now...noob here...lol
