cappuccino/latte is essentially espressos with milk.

Not easy to make good cappuccino unless you undergo training in steaming the milk and get the well done foam
** I got a super lousy cappuccino from drCafe (Solaris) there with the harden foam which i think it is overdone

Latte has higher ratio of milk than espresso and less thicker milk foam on top..

hi there,

yes i understand where you are coming from.

sorry if i havent been clear in my previous enquiry.

i have heard of some machine which will also help to create the foam and adjust the proper ratio of coffee + milk. this is to brew the drink into the best ratio and combination of coffee + milk.

as i am a noob in coffee making, i wouldnt trust my ownself in making my own cup of latte or cappucino by adding the milk to the drink and the certain require temperature, volume, tilting degrees into the drink.

so yea, i was wondering if any machine can just do everything for me. u know? like a delonghi one touch? biggrin.gif hehehe

just that its too expensive for me. wonder if there is any other better options.

thanks dude!!

learning alot from this thread.

Bought oscar simonelli and a second hand MM grinder, and with click tamper (your tampering will hardly go wrong with this  rclxm9.gif ).

Been using Bristot beans. Want fresh beans try Dankoff , they got Highlander beans from singapore (freshly roasted, around 2 weeks).

I dont go to starbucks anymore. Spent around 5k for the set above. Totally worth it  thumbup.gif
