Bro Prominen and et al: Please never never agree to deposit money to Seller's account or someone's account at any time even if the offer appears to be too good to be true. This is a ploy by conman/con-person to get upfront money and "disappear". That's why we must make a rule and send reminders to our community that depositing cash upfront is definitely NOT going to happen and should not be encouraged at all. I went thru the same experience 8 years ago and since then have never paid deposits...everything is COD or else no deal. Cheers

i deposited rm300 as he told me he need deposit for 2pc lcd tv. after deposit, he say he will get the tv for me latest by 2moro evening. 2moro evening call him no answer, sms no reply. now already more than 10days, called few time, sms few time. when he answers my call, he will always say he is busy doing some business or renovation projects, saying he will refund, but he never did what he says until now.

so, u bank in the deposit to very same account? any other details u had?

Its the same details i got. i gonna make the report soon, shall i ask someone(people who always collect money) to go collect straight at his home? (When this group of people tracks him, they will not only asks for rm300, trust me, i had to use their service for RM34k collection last mth). Or wait few days after police report? Can't understand y he wants to cheat rm300, its not worth it for his reputations, since he wants to be a online trader.

police report made, inspector called him. inspector said he promise to refund me within 3-4 days, but till now, already 5 days, never seen any deposits made to my account. weird, will contact the inspector for follow up 2moro. (I wanna give him more time, but i think time's up).
