Details of the complaint :

Saw This Guy Selling Quite Alot TV Product With Good Price. Request Him Wether He Got Good Price For Samsung 50" Plasma TV Or Not. He Said Got, But Need To Wait 3Weeks With RM500 Deposit For Booking. Well, Tried To Check His Trade Record. Seem Doing Quite Alot Transaction, No Doubt, I Bank In RM500 To Him And Patiently Wait For 3Weeks Time.

3Weeks Later, Bad Thing Happened, Someone File A Dispute Thread Regarding Him Ran Away For Deposit. I Tried To Contact Him Quite Sometimes, He Replied Me Give Him Sometimes To Source For Me. Well I Wait For Another 2Weeks+, MIA Already. SMS Also No Reply.

Yesterday I Called Him, He Hang Up My First Call, Second Call He Answer The Call But Keep Silent & Open Loud Music. SMS Him Request For My Money, No Reply.


So I Got No Choice, Try To Seek Help From Dispute Corner, Hope It Help.

go to the police station, make a report. Get your copy of your record from the police, go to maybank, ask for his details nicely. Do sound pathetic when you do that haha. Get his real name, his address, track him down. Talk to his neighbours bout him, his friends n family. Try to get the place where he works. If you're lucky, his family is running a business. Follow each lead u get, u will nab him sooner or later. Dont make a fuss about hassle, cause no pain no gain. You can choose between your money and dignity or just shut up, close this thread and let him go. Nothing will be accomplised by just complaining. Best of luck

this is some serious nut job in actions. seriously. life's easier when u have less money concern. more $$ more stress. but no $$ also problem..

last time on febuary I think, deposit him RM200 for 42" LCD TV...promise to COD on monday the next week...but later said got problem only can COD on wednesday...he ask me either to wait or ask him to refund...and I ask him to refund...its take about 2 week later for him to refund completely...and the best part is, 4 person including me deposit for the same thing...lucky he already refund....

at first I dunno there's other person also deposit for the TV...lucky one of the forumner PM me regarding this...

when people want money they want it fast, instant, immediate! when wanna return/ refund they will take their own sweet time.... hohohoho

He claimed that that acc belongs to his friend, not his as he only has CIMB and ambank, and was BURROWING his acc? Well, may be MOD can ran a check on this guy to prove it, or can PM him to come and explain~

Bro Prominen and et al: Please never never agree to deposit money to Seller's account or someone's account at any time even if the offer appears to be too good to be true. This is a ploy by conman/con-person to get upfront money and "disappear". That's why we must make a rule and send reminders to our community that depositing cash upfront is definitely NOT going to happen and should not be encouraged at all. I went thru the same experience 8 years ago and since then have never paid deposits...everything is COD or else no deal. Cheers

i deposited rm300 as he told me he need deposit for 2pc lcd tv. after deposit, he say he will get the tv for me latest by 2moro evening. 2moro evening call him no answer, sms no reply. now already more than 10days, called few time, sms few time. when he answers my call, he will always say he is busy doing some business or renovation projects, saying he will refund, but he never did what he says until now.

so, u bank in the deposit to very same account? any other details u had?

Its the same details i got. i gonna make the report soon, shall i ask someone(people who always collect money) to go collect straight at his home? (When this group of people tracks him, they will not only asks for rm300, trust me, i had to use their service for RM34k collection last mth). Or wait few days after police report? Can't understand y he wants to cheat rm300, its not worth it for his reputations, since he wants to be a online trader.

police report made, inspector called him. inspector said he promise to refund me within 3-4 days, but till now, already 5 days, never seen any deposits made to my account. weird, will contact the inspector for follow up 2moro. (I wanna give him more time, but i think time's up).
