recently i having disconnection 1 day at least 5 times ...anyone having this kind of problems b4 ?

everytime when it disconnect ...i have to close everything and turn on again only it will work ...it's very very disturbing ...

any solution??

sh*t !!! previously my line having some problem which that the line disconnected everytime i connect due to the router ..

now the telekom guy changed a new d-link router ..
i cant login into the router anymore ..

tried...
username: admin
password: blank

uername: admin
password: telekom

username: operator
password: telekom

3 of these above not working ..any solution?
i wanted to do the port forwarding ...please help

i'm from bandar menjalara housing area ..

all the file i downloaded from megaupload ...all corrupted aspecially all those part001 file ......all corrupted!
Voip is down ..
IPTV seems working .. (is not working since last 2 weeks until yesterday it starts working)

Anyway, i have tested those megaupload website ..downloaded some file by using maxis broadband. No problems on maxis broadband ..all the file is not corrupted.

what happen to our unifi..wanna give a call to complaint also hard ...

Let's start a list of members affected, location & problem:
1. y2k - Bandar Sri Damansara -corrupted downloads, VOIP down, inconsistent (low!) download speed
2. WhiteMouse - Kepong Bdr Menjalara (Condo) - phone line down, nothing is working.. cant even conenct to the internet.
3. Drsirpet - Damansara Damai - corrupted download, lost packet and slow connection..
4. -pWs- Kepong Bdr Menjalara - Corrupted download.
5. yushin - Subang Airport Area - VOIP down, internet and IPTV ok.
6. +newbie+ - Subang Jaya - VOIP down, internet and IPTV ok
7. keevster - Ara Damansara, VOIP Down, Everything else OK
8. wiraone - BRP, Sg Buloh - none work for me at the moment, it started with corrupted download and then no internet, voip nor iptv..
9. NaMEe - Bdr Menjalara housing area - phone line down, iptv working, internet working (freaking slow), downloaded file is corrupted

Finally, my VOIP is working for now..
However, internet connection is still very slow and all the downloaded rar/zip file is still corrupted.

Hope unifi quickly fix this problem as this is affecting all my work file here.

have the corrupted downloaded file solve yet??
damn ..i m using VIP10 ..now my connection dropped to around 5mbps .. ...does anyone facing this problem ?

13. billytong - DesaparkCity(Kepong) - VOIP(i fixed it) - packetloss (Huawei BTU) - Slower than usual website loading - Havent do any direct download since so i cant confirm this part on my side.
14. Auronthas - Puchong Utama - VOIP (Fixed with LYN guide), 0% packetloss (Huawei HG850a), internet download/upload working well though
15. kaspersky-fan - Sri Hartamas - VOIP down - fixed with LYN guide, packetloss (Huawei BTU) - slower website loading!, direct download sucks - more like 1MB down/0.5MB up
16. vergas - Kota Damansara - VOIP down - fixed with LYN guide, packetloss (Huawei BTU) - internet and IPTV ok.

mt packet loss jumping up and down ..wtf happen to unifi ...please fix it !!

sorry, i have a question here ..
do you guys think that the RB250GS will solve our problem?
becoz right now, i m facing another problem which that my download speeds drop 50% !!! i subscribed VIP10 ...previously my connection speed is real good ..about 9 mbps ... now every speed test i done is juz around 4 - 5 mpbs ..i even get a packet loss for like 6 - 7% ...

called the unifi fella...he helping me to fix it but eventually the download never improve ..

right now i m waitin for his call back if there's any maintance he need to make and he better give me a good explaination becoz this has been bordering me for a week ..and all my business file (rar/zip) corrupted.

me 2..my VIP10 now is slow like a turtle.... having corrupted downloads and my packet loss like f***
called the unifi guys 2 times in one day ..
