Hi, are you referring to Pelangi Damansara Condo? If yes, you need to provide them your condo unit.....I called them last Friday and they told me the Unifi service is available to my unit and already fixed appointment to install on this coming Friday.

You just need to call up Unifi CS (the 1-300 number) and check aveyrhing including fixing appointment if the service is available. So far for me, their CS response is effective and fast.

updated : called again. thanks to "someone" that send me the PM with guide on how to talk to TM guy about my address. Finally answer from them. My condo and my block is covered. but not my unit. cos my unit dont have "infra" not sure what is that but sound really weird for me. all covered but not my unit....faint  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

yes, it's true. When I called around 3~4 weeks ago, my unit was not covered as well and they told me will be ready in 1~2 weeks time.....then I called last week, it's ready already and mine going to install in this coming Friday.

Did you ask the CS when your unit will be ready? Just ask them and call back during that time frame (I didn't wait for them to call back and apparently they didn't :-( so just called back myself and bingo! it's ready).

Hi, I'm not from Block K....I do not know how this thing work and it sounds to me they need do some activation on the unit first b4 it can install the Unifi.......for your case, I don't think they had taken your order yet and most probably they need to activate your unit first. If they told you in a week time, just call them back next week. Fyi, when I applied through the phone, they will ask abt all your particular like IC No, Full name, address, your preferred last 4 digits of phone number, your preferred Unifi login ID and blah blah blah.......then they will give you a few dates which you can choose from for the TM people come to do the installation :-)
