I'm planning to get an Android phone and I've been looking at HTCs and Sony Ericsson. Maybe Desire S when it comes out or Experia Play.

What I'm wondering is why a lot of people are saying that SE phones should be avoided. What's the reason?

And should I consider getting a Samsung? What are the differences between Samsung and HTC?

I heard that AP sets cannot use GPS in Malaysia. Only sets from official Malaysian HTC supplier can use. Is that true? I'm keen to get a HTC Incredible S.
