QUOTE(phantomash @ Jul 20 2010, 06:04 PM) "No lag" is due the SGS's Hummingbird processor, although both Hummingbird and Snapdragon are 1Ghz processor, but the Hummingbird is able to push more pixels, thus giving better gaming experience. If you're looking for a gaming phone then SGS is superior, otherwise both Desire and SGS are pretty much the same in smoothness. I would prefer Desire between the two, I find that Desire's build quality and phone design is better compared to SGS. Plus, Desire comes with HTC Sense UI, which the SGS does not. Desire also carries a cheaper price tag than the SGS. Add 1 for Desire. 5 mpx camera with flash is better than SGS which has no flash.

QUOTE(four_add @ Aug 26 2010, 09:01 AM) for the first time wanted to buy a smartphone with capabilities of 3G, WiFi and have the ability to run free GPS apps. with screen big enough to browse. using template 1. Brand. HTC 2. Budget. 2k above 3. Specs. (Processor = at least 1GHz Android 2.2 or above screen size = at least 3.7 inches) 4. What you need in the phone (have good battery life) have been reading good reviews of HTC EVO 4G and HTC Droid incredible.. these two wont come to Malaysia? cuz I checked at garage sale, and theres no sign of 'em. Coz Evo n Droid is both CDMA phone and not gonna reach here at all. Wait for Desire HD perhapS?

QUOTE(doobydoo @ Aug 26 2010, 10:29 AM) I think SE X10 Mini and HTC Wildfire quite similar in price, slightly above 1k mark. But having tried both, I went for the Wildfire. Definitely a much better option in my opinion. x10 mini around 900 nia~
