Where got RM78/kg? I went there this morning, there are two girls working there. My wife spoke to the younger one and she said that they don't sell at that price. Anyway, their price indicated is RM98 for sliced pork meat. When we bought in last November at their Petaling Street outlet, the price was already RM98/kg. So, I thought they are having a promotion, when I read your post ...

Btw, I have received a card from Bee Cheng Hiang saying that they are now having a CNY factory sale, with 15% discount. For example, sliced pork is priced at RM78.20/kg, after discount (normal price: RMRM92/kg). Minimum order is 3 kg and 50% deposit is payable on order. Last order date is 21/01/11.

The location is No 3, Jalan Serindit 3, Bandar Puchong Jaya. It's opposite the closed-down foodcourt with the vegetarian food front, second right junction from the main road (Pers. Puchong Jaya Selatan). You can call them at tel. 03-5891 0938 for more info.

Bro, i think you got the unit wrong for boxing chicken brand.

Must be in catty (kati ? spelling not sure)

1 kati = 1.2 kg

I bought at RM78/kg, so calculated become RM93.6/kati.

GSM module at RM1k is cut throat.

Install a fixed line RM20+/month, cheaper, in addition to your Unifi.

If not, just rely on neighbor if the alarm triggered.

No lah. Maxis fix line no prolem with alarm system. 10yrs+ using liao.

Better install first before renovation as you can conseal the wire. If not your house look ugly and mess with wire and trunking.
*
Me too using Maxis fixed line with alarm, no issues.

Lucky i concealed all the alarm's wiring, done during renovation before move in.
If not, super damn dusty from cutting lines on the wall

I still don't understand. The house price now skyrocket, why got people still want to buy? Ain't they know?

Or kiasu?

Maybe investor & speculators ? Buy n sell for profit?

Don't think many ordinary people can afford at so high price.

Whatever it is, the one laughing all the way to bank is the property agent, earning more commission like crazy ...

Anyone know where got nice restaurant that serves nice Salted Egg Crab and reasonably priced?

Uncle Google says Tak Fok Restaurant at Bandar Puteri, but after further googling, reviews aren't too flattering.
*
I tried them many times in the past, the salted egg crab not bad actually.
For the price they're charging per kilo (cheap), there isn't much to complain.

Can also go to Tak Fok original branch in Kepong, it taste better there though.

People who park cincai is the worst, they have lazy a$$ to walk further to look for parking.

Few days ago at Puteri Citibank area, i saw MPSJ tow trucks (about 3-4 trucks) conduct operations and pulled away cars that park cincai like double parking, park at corners & on motorcycle parking (dumba$$ Harrier owner).

Well done to MPSJ, traffic become more smooth.

Good practice not to drink when having meals.

Whatever digestive acid & enzyme will get diluted if too much water in the stomach.

Imagine those taking those 'jumbo size' fruit juice with their meals.

The co name is Mok & Co engineering 0380756013

They charge RM50 service fee per unit (excluding gas) per trip for minimum 2 units. But I negotiated 5 units for RM45 per unit per 2 trips (2 different locations). Who wants to join the bulk ?
smallcrab,

They work on Saturday but this coming Saturday fully booked.
*
Thanks a lot, but can't join since i only want to service 1 unit aircond sad.gif .

BTW, this RM50 service is what job? Normal indoor filter cleaning only ka? Cheap la.

I simply called several service co. most quoted RM90-150 which have chemical cleaning indoor & outdoor.

I'm really confused with the 'service' scope of work & charges...
