Robert Kouk Group under Hillcrest already established & developed bt14 starting wth Maju Jaya area and tehreafter Puchong Utama phase 1 since mid 90's But they are very slow. When I bought my house during mid 90's, They already a plan for a Private Hospital, a condo tower & even a central park at that big land base. But Nothing happened and now, either the proposed Hospital or Condo tower becomes a MBA court haha

For me -Expensive - yes and taste wise- so-so ony. They probably buy the recipe from those fames stals in Penang - well more like 2nd liner interm of famous eateries from Penang
