That one is for LRT not elevated flyover. Anyway, not many cars turning right to Sg Besi/Kinrara area. More making U-turn and coming from old Puchong road towards Puchong jaya and causing ridicolous jam at the Indian temple/Thai Thong Imperial Palace restaurant.. That ramp needs serious expansion not a flyover towards Sg Besi/kinrara

Passed-by Sg Besi -Puchobg and saw big concrete stacking up in front of Mercedes ctr there..for sure that' the location of LRT station for sure. So very fast reaching kinrara liao

You want lower than that, don;t look for Kinrara, Puchong Jaya or Puteri area. Try those in Puchong Perdana, Bt 14, Putra Perdana, Bkt Puchong area. for sure can get ~ RM250K-RM300K wan

Fitness First in IOI mall lor..Otherwise can try Gorgeous beside Bdr Puteri Giant..F 1st closer to IOI LRT station

FF is the best liao lor..and 2nd - Gorgeous. Puchiong United already closed down and worst than FF for sure. There are few smaller wan such as the one at the back of Tesco & another inside MBA Bdr puteri..all lagi small just like a room sized studio

IOI mall abit unique. Those Jusco members mostly will buy abit from Jusco ~ RM10 just to enjoy 100% free parking there mah even on weekend.. and those Jusco members not buying anything but park <1 hr also free parking wan haha.

Al Shafa of The Whaft - Tasik Prima? Yeah my weekly roti kosong there too.. Currently the best roti & tosai in town.. Last tile Puchong Utama mamak but quality dropped liao and Puchong Utama mamak is the one policemen lepak last time..but I din see many at Al shafa

Aha.. No wonder.. they only lepak at Puchong Utama mamak opposite rapid KL /Carrefour every Morning haha.. Too bad I hv stopped visiting that mamak ever since the quality dropped.. Yes now Al Shafa is the best..They recently added awning liao..Time to update this to malfreemaps haha

Puchong can't really can get cheap bargain..Try checking in mudah 1st & visit the shop nearby to Puchong.. I know one in SS15..dirt cheap..also from mudah seller haha
