Puchong ppl not water-fish lor...maybe in Mont Kiara or Hartamas...but Puchong has more kiamsiap ppl..  Think rental alone will kill those shops if the food quality is low and prices high. Shoplots are getting overpriced now, may not sustain if market collapses in 1 or 2 years time.  |

U mean Dragon Imperial Dim Sum?..can't be, their dimsum actually better than Axian & Taiji Eateries..and sumore during weekdays, having discount up to 25%  But agreed crowd normall goto Taiji Eateries & Axian nowadays Cendol...Once eaten no more liao..RM3.90 for a cendol wth kiamsiap brown sugar/gula melaka...BTW, Poo Kee desert beside Foo Hing dim sum much cheaper at RM3.20. Well, atleast more liew but cendol also so-so nia..All using ready made ingredient..Others desert like ABC & etc not bad & the Chee Cheong fun is cheap (OK-lah can eat haha) QUOTE(PangurBan @ Jan 3 2011, 10:56 PM) I think the baba cendol place chaplap liao. 100% closed just now. Yeah...Hai Siang is serving Hai peng Chukai/kemaman famous kopi. originally during opening, they named it as Hai Peng similar to kemaman sopitiam but due to the Hai Peng boss disapprove of using same name, they changed it to current Hai Siang. Just bcos that's the authentic hainanese kopitiam famous there. But I find the kopi taste so-so only. And at Hai peng Kemaman, that's where i tasted my 1st vietnamese kopi years ago...and dun really like the super bitter vanilla after taste kopi..

Actually for my recent broke in case, I called Police and within 5min, They already at my home..but thereafter, the police asked me to goto Police station to report & by the time the sargeant came yeah 2 hrs later..snapped abit of photos & case closed haha..Dun even hv the CSI techniques or even interview neighbours & etc..

Yeah the RM1280 probably basic without wiring & probably without the roof motion sensor.
Wondering the blueguard wan you posted earlier at ~ RM1600 inc of roof sensor & wiring or not?

I decided on this liao...Well almost similar pricing to AEIOU + installation except for the tone call & probably no GSM slot. originally emailed bluebuard but they dun reply my email, thereafter called them but they hang-up on me and ask me to wait for his sales representative to call back...Wth that attitude, decided on DF system instead.. http://dfsecurity.com.my/8zones.aspx |

Yesterday & Today, me makan at Bt14 Food court & also Maju Jaya FC..damn For eg Bt 14 FC behind Yap Chuen BKT, .Char Kueh Teaw & wantan mee from RM4 now RM4.30 Maju Jaya FC, Barli peng..from RM1 to RM1.2 previously now RM1.30 to RM1.50 Damn..what happening-lah...  I scold them for simply raised the price and shouted at them how come just a small % increased of fuel price and wanna boycott the food court...They replied..go ahead.. :c |

BTW, anyone try b4 Sekinchan Ikan Bakar...passed by few times and always full house wor..nice & reasonable?
