yep true brought my PS3 to aussie with no problem with the electrics, though for Australia they use this fandangled three point plug just buy an adapter and you are good to go...the only reason why i didnt bring my 360 was because of the accursed region coding there. Sometimes you will get lucky and region free games will come out...also one can play xbox live there but i think you need to create a new account for your region OR i think you can modify your current existing one to suit the region.Updates & such, and online also no worries, can go online normally too
