Hi guys. First of all i am a 5'10 guy who weighs at around 195-200 pounds. My waistline is 36 and I would like to try getting it down to 32.
Starting from August, I will go to KL to study so I can prepare my own meals. I am thinking of going to the gym 3 days a week with 3 other days for cardio and Sunday a rest day. Below is a meal plan that I found on the forums during a search but I can't seem to find that thread now
Breakfast 5 whole eggs (fried, scrambled, half boiled or hard boiled) 1/2 cucumber 2 tablespoon coconut or red palm or olive oil
Lunch 200g Chicken or fish (weight without bone) Vegetables 2 tablespoon coconut or red palm or olive oil
Dinner same as lunch
2 hrs before workout Protein shake
Post Workout Protein shake.
Is this meal plan all right for someone who want to shed body fats?
Also, is this recipe for a protein shake good? 8 oz skim milk 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 banana 2 scoops of whey protein powder
I hope the pros here can give me some advice as I am just a beginner in things like these and would need all the guidance I could find. Thanks in advanced.

I think you should eat lesser 1st(don't eat so much of carbohydrate) before taking the serious build-up diet(high protein). Because you want to reduce some some weight(waist) right? After your weight got reduced slightly, then, only start the actual build-up diet.

I guess that is too extreme. Try to eat some carb also. Do a 40:30:30 diet. Carb:protein:diet in calories not gram
