Any idea whether the show unit for the new cluster home is ready?

Can someone able to advise what's the valuation price for SAS Phase 1c 2.5 storey hs? I just googled from iProperty and the listing price was FROM >1mil. Really????

If that's the case, then most likely the valuation is definately high now. But i doubt it's >1mil, that's almost double appreciation hehe.

There r still some issue wif the folks at Mutiara Damansara n Damansara Perdana. And wif GE comingsoon, i doubt DASH will b completed within 2 years...

Btw i heard there is an International school nearby. Any1 can confirm?

Wow that's fast! I signed my S&P in Sept 2012 and likely will be getting the unit in June 2013.

So fast........im not prepared to have the new hs this year la. I thought it will be ready by next year.....

By the way, have they built the linear park? Been more than 3 months i never been to SAS.

I went to the site yesterday. It seems like there is a lot of work need to be done even the park/ pond is like 20% complete.

Signed my S&P in Sept 2012, so any earlier VP before Sept 2014 will be a bonus to me.

Im at Block N. I think its the last few blocks for Phase 1C.
