i believe the connection is via wifi... i.e. you box connected to your home router/switch... then u can login to ur box and the software can read the signal received by ur box...

Need Advice,
My house has a turnable satellite dish that can support mainly China,Thailand & Indian channels,so what i want to know,if i get the Dreambox and the switch,can i use my current satellite to receive those Astro channel?If i am not wrong if i temp use it,i only can wok with 1 receiver each time cause is considered shared right? Unless i get a dedicated satellite just to receive those Astro channel?

Any LNB Universal can receive TelkomVision and IndoVision right?
Or is there any specific type of LNB?

U must use C-band lnb for telk0mv1s1on and S-band lnb for 1nd0vision.

hi 1 stupid question here... can i get other channels in UK or US? i don't want astro/indon channels. In UK and US they have more channels.

hai, went to a computer shop today saw a dreambox sell rm 999 and the sales person told me that that no need for monthly subscription is that true?? thanks

If no monthly subscription mean no c-L1n3. If no c-L1n3 u just can watch FTA channel only.

FTA channel is like those normal TV? eg: TV1, TV2, TV3, and so on?

i also not sure. the sales person told me thatcam watch atro as well and all channel. its that true.?? worried that being cheated he only pay for few months subcribtion for me and will notice after few months... thanks

IM Afraid you cant... normaly you can lock on satellite in Asia. for UK/US too far to lock. correct me if im wrong.
