bought mine. DM800.
picture seems to freeze/jump a bit at every 10 seconds.

realli pening after watching for more than half hour.

want to see whether can troubleshoot this small prob but the seller like "don't have time for you" after closing the sale. zzzz

it could be anything, but the important thing is that the seller MUST help you to troubleshoot it.
He gave his assurance that there is no lag when watching from his server, unlike from others, b4 i bought it.
after receiving the dreambox ( which was delayed for 8 days after payment), i gave him many calls which he don't answer them and when he finally did, his response is like " wait see how later" and "hmmm hmmm hmmm".
Huge disappointment. Now still waiting for response from him. and i am tired from changing the atenna back and forth the dreambox and xtro. zzz

very sian with the waiting. really feeling lousy after buying such a nice dreambox and not having good quality responsive picture.

if any1 got this dreamboc/openbox from a good seller with a GOOD STABLE c-line, should post/ recommend the seller's name here.
then we all wouldn't be stuck with crappy dealers

finally i got a new c-line. NICE! now no need alwiz stress with the jump/freeze

freeze 1/2 a second still ok la bro. mine jump every darn 9 secs zzzz.

btw, i tot that 1 HD channel was able to view for a very short while.... now no more isn't it?

can some1 tell me where can claim warranty or repair shud my dreambox800 kaput?
dunno y these few weeks this has been nagging me eventhough the set is currently fine
