Forumer you are complaining against: Chan Wai Hoe(real name,scammed from MUDAH)

Item being sold/bought: Iphone 3gs(he copy my original photos,details)

Date of transaction: Not sure,need to ask my friend..

Details of the complaint : My friend,who been scammed by this famous scammer,Chan Wai Hoe from mudah/lowyat..for rm1620 for item Iphone 3gs,he copy all the photos and details of the iphone from my post,and selling it for only rm1620? That time i got sms him saying dont copy my photos and what his intention of doing that?maybe want to scam people?But he din reply my sms..so i know something wrong with this guy.

Then after few days i got a call from 0139867879(which is my friend),asking me about him,because our photos and details all are exactly the same..he thought that was my friend or what.Then i ask him what problem,he said he already bank in total amount of rm1620 to that guy,before bank in still looks ok,after bank in straight off HP,no reply him at all.And he has ask the details from bank also and the details given from bank is Mr.Liu contact number and address is at shah alam.

Then he try to contact this Mr.Liu,but when talking to Mr.Liu my friend was scolded by him saying that why keep find him,he don't know who is Chan Wai Hoe and dont call him again or else he will report to police that my friend keep disturbing him.

After fews day of keep sms/call chan wai hoe,lastly he reply my friend saying postage has been rejected and the item back to him,so will refund back to my friend,asking for banking details..then suddenly off HP again.Until now my friend can't contact him again..he now in sabah so is abit hard to follow up this case..So i try to help him over here see who can help him..

i think u can say bye bye to ur money already .. this chan wai hoe u just search at google also many story come out .. u all still can let him scam again ... =.=

Before this i don't even know who is him,then suddenly i got a call from him(victim) asking me about my iphone,then we chat for awhile just know that he had been scam for that already.Then he ask for my opinion how to do,what he should do now..then i also give him some advise on not to trust people in Mudah,especially only deal with postage..then i think i should help him to do something since we chat for a long time and i think he must be very painful for losing rm1620 like that..haiz i really hate scammer..but what to do..

As i know tis legendary conman,do many tactic to con ppl,
i was told by my fren,u out there must bcareful coz he still active mybe around here but already change id..

You have either been a victim of Chan Wai Hou/Kit/etc. or you know of his cheating activities via Loywat.net forum threads. If you are a victim, know that I'm his latest one. I have an appointment with a police officer tomorrow (3 August 2010, Tuesday) at 7pm at the Balai Polis sek 6, jln nuri 6/1, sek 6, 40000 shah alam.

I will try to help get your money back but you will have to help me as well. Please send me any information i.e. your police report, the con man's bank accounts, phone numbers, names, IDs, etc. Every piece of information will help.

Give background information describing the process of how you were cheated, how much, for which item, any proof of your bank transaction to your account, proof of messages, etc. every piece of evidence against this ******* will help!

Email as much information as you can to me by midnight today (2 August 2010, Monday). Avoid PM so it'll be easier for me. Email to me at seanlzq@hotmail.com

If you'd like to meet me at the court pls inform me. Bring along all relevant documents as well.

SUGGESTION : Go his house asap , sapu all his family go back to bkt aman . Or contact all victims , bring up to newspaper and TV media . This is only way else .... said bye bye to yours money !!!

Can't the police instruct the bank to block his account? Or simply block his ATM card. Since we have so many police report. And when somebody come to the bank for clarify/change password/whatever, detain him for investigation.

By right this should done by police but ... NOPE

Can you scan your police report and email to me? I'm meeting police officer on wednesday evening to discuss this issue. Hopefully I can bring forward all your cases.
